What's Cookin...

If you haven't already heard, a new cooking school will be opening in the Highlands in November, as long as all is timed well. Stir, owned by chef Katy Hume, will be a hip cooking school where there's something to learn for everyone, from novice to professional. We can't wait to see the top of the line setup, along with family style seating for everyone to enjoy their gourmet cooking after classes. A full bar will also be a part of the school- what more could this neighborhood ask for? I have a feeling it's going to be an immediate hit!

We would already be excited about this, but we're doubly excited because we've been offered the opportunity to teach some of our classes out of Stir's kitchen. Nicole and I have started playing with classes, and there are going to be some awesome offerings for parents to get a night away and learn recipes (with take home samples), all in the context of a cooking school.

In the meantime, we're going to keep our puree class at Spiral Wellness and Yoga, and all other classes will also be offered in home.
