I was doing some food blog research over the weekend -
I am a self confessed blog addict especially food & design blogs - when I came across an adorable site & blog called
Funky Lunch out of the UK. They are all about the most adorable sandwiches you have ever seen. They go into schools and get kids to create these little pieces of sandwich art while teaching them the importance of eating healthy. Sofia would have no problem devouring this Hello Kitty sandwich. I love the inspiration and the idea of getting kids involved in their food choices!
